Nike Vapor Grip 3
The Nike Vapor Grip 3 Goalkeeper Glove is a great glove for advanced goalkeepers. This is a very comfortable and roomy glove, but it fits extremely well. This gloves performs exceptionally well in wet conditions, but it is a great gloves for all conditions. It is also a very light glove in weight.

The Nike Vapor Grip 3 comes with a 4.0mm latex on the front palm. This allows enough padding to stop and hold on to tough shots. The exceptional wet condition qualities comes into the name "Vapor." In order to get the gloves sticky, the goalkeeper will need to wet the gloves thoroughly. Not wet enough for it to be soaking but the point right before that.
Although there is 4.0mm of latex, this is not a very protective glove. The glove has latex on the palm and the backhand and is quite flimsy. Do not expect to have any of the impact of a shot or someone stepping on the goalkeeper's hand to be lessened.
The wristband is one piece and also has a latex contruction. It does not wrap around the entire wrist like other gloves may. This allows the glove to be taken on and off easily and quickly. It does not however have as much customization for the tightness of the wrist strap as a glove that wraps around the entire wrist.
This glove is pretty durable. I used this glove for about a season and a half with practice at least 4 times a week. The latex stays sticky for a very long time as long as water is constantly applied. The only downfall with the most of the glove being a latex contruction is that pieces of the latex would wear away pretty fast. However, the performance of the glove does not change.
Overall, I like this glove a lot and would recommend it for advanced goalkeepers that train and play many times a week. At around $90-$120, it's a very good glove.
